After growing up in Terre Haute, Jim graduated from the University of Texas in 1984 and earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

He has experience in most every type of injury cases, having represented thousands of clients against major corporations, manufacturers and large insurance companies, as well as individuals.
