The Board of Directors of the nonprofit Maple Center for Integrative Health invites supporters and all who are interested in integrative/holistic community health education programs and clinical services to attend our Annual Board Meeting and Dinner on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The dinner meeting will be at the First Financial Conference Center, 4353 S. 7th St., Terre Haute from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The mission of The Maple Center for Integrative Health is to provide integrative health education and clinical services which combine the best of modern medicine and complementary care. The Maple Center for Integrative Health envisions optimal wellness for the Wabash Valley Community by offering mind-body-spirit education and therapies that support optimal wellness and help to prevent or reduce chronic health challenges. The evening will begin with a delicious heart-healthy buffet dinner from 6:30PM-7:30pm. The cost for dinner is $25.00 per person. The annual board meeting from 7:30-8:30pm will include a brief review of the center’s 2011 accomplishments and guest speakers who will describe current services. Make your reservation at The Maple Center for Integrative Health, 1801 N. Sixth St., Terre Haute, IN 47804 or mail your check payable to: The Maple Center. Reservations are requested by January 30th.
